DAVID GLASSBERG D.M.D.
Dr. David Glassberg is very excited to be in Middletown NY and honored to carry on the legacy of Dr. Fenner and O’Brien. Dr. Glassberg graduated from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in NJ. He was awarded the New Jersey Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile Outreach Award and was featured by the American Dental Association for his outreach work. Dr. Glassberg pursued advanced training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he had the opportunity to advance his training with more complex aspects of dentistry, including aesthetic crown and bridge, pediatric dentistry, root canal therapy, oral surgery and implant dentistry. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. Dr Glassberg later worked in Monroe and New City, NY where he was fortunate to cultivate meaningful and caring relationships with his patients. Dr. Glassberg values creating an environment that is kind and comfortable. In his free time, Dr. Glassberg enjoys playing hockey, reading and spending time with his wife and kids.
Chanan Lerer D.M.D.
Dr. Chanan Lerer is a board-certified periodontist, Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. He received his undergraduate degree at Montclair State University in NJ. He then went on to Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. After dental school, He went on to complete his post-graduate training in periodontics and implantology at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Lerer is a US Navy Veteran. He served as a Periodontist aboard MCAS Cherry Point in NC, providing periodontal services to 5,000 sailors and Marines. He is currently on the advisory board of the New Jersey Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry (NJSPID) and is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Lerer is dedicated to delivering high quality and aesthetically pleasing outcomes. He is adept at utilizing cutting edge technology and incorporating industry advancements. He is committed to providing personalized, patient-centric care with a focus on achieving optimal oral health for every patient. In his free time, Dr. Lerer enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, motorcycling, and many outdoor activities together with his wife, 2 kids and dog.

ANDREA MORRIS – OFFICE MANAGER
Andrea has been with our office for 20 years. She was born and raised in the Scotchtown area. Andrea loves seeing our patients and is passionate about making sure they receive quality care and attention from our office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her
family and rooting for the Mets!
SHERRI ANDRIKUT – FRONT DESK
Sherri has been with the practice for 20 years. She enjoys seeing and conversing with our existing patients and building relationships with
our new patients. Outside of the office, Sherri looks forward to spending time with her family and cheering on her 2 children at their
sporting events.
JOAN SMITH R.D.H., B.A.
Joan has been practicing Hygiene for over 20 years. She loves providing patients with oral health improvement and teaching them proper home care. Joan is a lifelong local to our area. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
Kathy PatcH - R.D.H.
Kathy has been providing thorough, personalized care for over 30 years. She graduated from SUNY Farmingdale. Kathy is committed to helping patients achieve optimal oral health through education, preventative care, and building lasting relationships. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, gardening, quilting, and spending time with family and friends.
Gulzada Bajramoska - Dental Assistant
Gulzada (Gigi) is a 2024 graduate of Pine Bush High School. She is currently attending SUNY Orange and enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program. Gigi is also a 2024 graduate of the BOCES CTEC Dental Program. Apart from her work and studies, she enjoys shopping, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
